Payment Terms

Intellectual Property
All design concepts, drawings, and materials created by Premium Interior Designs remain our intellectual property until final payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use the designs for their intended project.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to contractor performance or material availability.
